Ruth has over 20 years of experience as an osteopath, having graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1999. She has since worked in general practice and as a clinic tutor and lecturer in both Australia and London, teaching on the paediatric course at the College of Osteopathy.
She also trained in breastfeeding support and is registered with the Infant Feeding Academy, and currently works as a clinic tutor for the postgraduate degree in paediatric osteopathy at the University of Osteopathic Medicine (formerly the British School of Osteopathy).
While Ruth believes osteopathy can help people of all ages, she has developed a particular specialty in treating mothers-to-be, postpartum mothers, infants and children. She volunteered at The Osteopathic Centre for Children after graduating, and in 2009 completed a two-year Masters in Paediatric Osteopathy at the Foundation for Paediatric Osteopathy.
